Questions people ask first
- Why is there an application instead of a booking link?
- Because I keep my client list small, and I want every call to be worth your time. The application helps me come prepared, so our conversation is about your business, not basic questions.
- Why do you ask about revenue?
- Not to judge, just to make sure working together makes sense for you. Hiring support too early can strain a business, and I'd rather tell you that honestly than take on a partnership that doesn't serve you.
- What's the difference between you and a virtual assistant?
- A VA completes tasks you assign. I look at the whole business: I build the systems, plan the projects and track the numbers, so fewer tasks need assigning in the first place.
- I'm a solo coach without a team. Can you still help?
- Yes. Many coaches and course creators work solo or with one or two helpers. Good systems matter even more when you're the only one holding everything.
- How do we start working together?
- After your application and our discovery call, every new partnership starts with a 3-month hourly retainer. This lets me learn how your business really runs before we agree on a fixed scope, and you get real progress from week one. After that, most clients move into a monthly Operations Partner retainer.
- How much does it cost?
- Partnerships start at 20 hours a month (around €800/month), and ongoing Operations Partner retainers start from €1,200 a month. You'll get an exact price in your proposal.
- Do you also do one-off projects?
- Yes, for clients I already work with. Focused sprints like an Operations Setup (tools, processes and client onboarding in one clear home) usually take 3 to 4 weeks.
- What tools do you work with?
- Notion, Google Workspace, Calendly, Make, Power BI and most popular course and coaching platforms. If you already love a tool, we keep it. If you have six that overlap, we simplify.
- How do we communicate?
- Mostly async, with a focused weekly check-in. I reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and you'll always know what moved and what's next.
- What time zone are you in?
- I'm based in Bucharest (EET), and I work with clients across Europe and beyond. Async work makes time zones much easier than you'd think.
- What don't you do?
- I don't do social media management, graphic design, copywriting, or answering your inbox and DMs. I'm happy to recommend people who do.
