3-month hourly partnership
Every new partnership starts here. We work together for 20 hours a month, so I can learn how your business really runs before we lock in a fixed scope. You get real progress from week one: an operations audit, your first systems and SOPs, support on an active project, and a first version of your dashboard.

Grow
Operations Partner retainer
Once I know your business, I become your ongoing operations partner for one flat monthly fee. I own the backend outcomes: operations running smoothly, projects on schedule, systems kept current, and clear monthly numbers.
From €1,200/month.
Add on
Focused projects
For clients I already work with, I also run fixed-fee sprints, like a full Operations Setup: tools, processes and onboarding in one clear, documented home.
€600 to €1,200, usually 3 to 4 weeks.
Every partnership includes

What's not included
I keep my focus sharp, so I don't take on social media management, graphic or slide design, copywriting, inbox and DM management, student support, sales calls, or bookkeeping and payroll. I'm happy to recommend people who do.
