Questions people ask first

Why do you ask about revenue?: Not to judge, just to make sure working together makes sense for you. Hiring support too early can strain a business, and I'd rather tell you that honestly than take on a partnership that doesn't serve you.
What's the difference between you and a virtual assistant?: A VA completes tasks you assign. I look at the whole business: I build the systems, plan the projects and track the numbers, so fewer tasks need assigning in the first place.
I'm a solo coach without a team. Can you still help?: Yes. Many coaches and course creators work solo or with one or two helpers. Good systems matter even more when you're the only one holding everything.
Is the discovery call free?: Yes. It's 30 minutes, relaxed, and there's no hard sell. It's for understanding your business and seeing if we're a fit, not fixing things on the spot.
How do we start working together?: Every partnership starts with a Breakthrough Strategy Session. It's a 90-minute deep dive into how your business runs, followed by a written 90-day plan and a call to walk you through it. If you'd like me to implement the plan, we continue with a 3-month retainer, and most clients then move into a monthly Operations Partner retainer.
How much does it cost?: The Breakthrough Strategy Session starts at $500. Partnerships start at 20 hours a month (around $1000/month), and ongoing Operations Partner retainers start from $1,200 a month. You'll get the exact price in writing before you commit.
Do you also do one-off projects?: Yes. Contact me at dbm@digitalmagda.com for any one-off projects you need.
What tools do you work with?: Notion, Google Workspace, Calendly, Make, Power BI and most popular course and coaching platforms. If you already love a tool, we keep it. If you have six that overlap, we simplify.
How do we communicate?: Mostly async, with a focused weekly check-in. I reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and you'll always know what moved and what's next.
What time zone are you in?: I'm based in Bucharest (EET), and I work with clients across Europe and beyond. Async work makes time zones much easier than you'd think.
